Tired today. Hate when I get this tired cause then I get depressed about how heavy I am and decide screw it who cares. Havent reached that point yet today and am trying real hard not too. Had a few homemade cookies today but didnt have lunch so I am hoping the calories are about the same. Gonna get back on the wi fit tonight and do a few exercises and then go to bed. I have to learn how to pace myself and not fall out of my sleep routine.
