Loving this jogging in the morning when it is cool. However don't love it when my ear phones go out mid jog. I'm sure that time can be used for reflection but seriously I just don't enjoy it without some sort of distraction. Fortunately I have a spare set until I can get another pair next week. What was good about today is that I had just crossed the 32 minute mark when I hit my 3 miles. I am trying to listen to faster songs and I really do think that is helping. However right now it's not about going faster but then endurance to go longer.
