Finally I can believe my scale! I am so excited that I made a new goal. I'm gonna make my old goal this month and I can actually see myself getting to 125 or a size 8 by my anniversary in October. And I will reward myself with a week of luxury at Disney World. Hell or High Water, Disney, here I come!
This is huge for me. I have never ever even tried to lose weight because I assumed that I would fail. Now I know that I can do it and I'm gonna keep at it. Exercising stinks, but feels so good when I am done that I cant quit now! And I barely miss my nightly ice cream sundae...it doesnt even seem worth it to go back there!!! I may even start running, for real.
