Monday its been a great day and I am thankful. I slept well. I had a great swim. work has been productive and nice. food has been good. and im leaving at 1 so I can take a nice walk. oh yeah, dinner is steak and brussell sprouts. movie with Michael. his early day. so pretty awesome day. and tomorrow is wfh so that is great too.

Tuesday - bike 1 hour, weights about 45. however it takes to do squats and deadlifts, lunges. chili for dinner, m heat up leftover pizza

wed swim, flounder and shrimp m ham steak crescents fruit,

Wow girl you are so super motivated, and taking really great care of that vessel of yours. Please keep posting its very inspiring. I need to get my ingredient set up and organised for you for the week, so I can avoid any lazy impulses :))
