196 again today : ). Spent the day out attending meetings to discuss a business proposal. Very interesting as it got my attention. It could be lucrative in many ways and make me an independent consultant for PM and PPM. Very cool ... now I wait to see next steps. My eating schedule has been affected by being out this week and now I find myself eating one meal a day because that's all I have time for. I plan my day to accommodate this by having a bulletproof coffee to start the day .... it keeps me going until I get home in the late afternoon .. that's usually when I have dinner. I still consume close to my RDI. Have a good rest of the day all.
