Near the end of September, 2020 I was 18 years old, 128lbs, standing at 5"11. A year of drug use, abuse and addiction dropped me down to a very drawn in and unhealthy look and feel. In October I moved 12 hours from where I previously lived in an attempt to jumpstart me in the right direction. I was going to track my weight, but I just kind of forgot and went on about my days. Not actively eating a certain diet or doing anything like going to the gym, I just lived my life. Worked, ate, etc. I'm happy to say I've finally hit a bit over 160lbs as of July, and I have started going to the gym 4 days a week. I'm now attempting to keep track of my weight, my water intake, calories, protein, carbohydrates, etc. I want to be in a place where I feel physically as well as I can, within reason. So, hopefully I start tracking stuff here more, and I hope to keep up the weight gain as well as the physical activity.
