Yeah! I love my new job and it seems all the movement associated with it is helping! I feel great and have lots of energy. The secrete is planning ahead for my "take out" meals. Plus I am allowing myself an allowed treat too. I just tie a knot and hold on. I also found I need more carbs in the am to get me started and keep me going. And the best news...I have decreased my AM insulin dose by 20 units and the pm by 10 units. My numbers are great, well within normal ranges. I still have to watch it when I have days off. But I CAN do this!
