Good Morning FSF,
Hope everyone had a wonderful and safe 4th of July!
I did some research on intermittent fasting this weekend. I think I am going to give OMAD a try starting with dinner today. I brought a healthy pre-work out snack in case I feel I need the energy to work out. I know that is cheating, but at the very least I will be down to a 3-4 hr eating widow. Hoping to work up to a 36hr fast some day. We'll see how it goes. Have a great day everyone!
