Same old, same wonderful old. Sunny, warm, great walking weather. Dogs and I were out for 2.6 and then I added another loop bringing my total to 3.3, which is getting to be my usual.
DH has been on leave for a long, extended weekend but is back to work today. The service is looking more closely at his medical record. While not a problem in and of itself, anytime there's close scrutiny, there's always the chance of a really bad outcome, like a forced retirement at a time NOT of one's choosing. I need to go back and review the documents on the steps of this whole procedure, to see how much of an issue this latest news could be.
EXERCISE NOTE: Jogged on R from W to B/G. No bounce to my step :(, felt each landing in my left hip, no aerobic issues whatsoever, although it's a short distance.
