A long time ago I quit drinking soda. When I got married I we lived in a place where we couldn't drink the water so I started drinking soda again. I have tried to cut back and it just hasn't worked. I think part of it is I really like the bubbles, not necessarily the soda. Wednesday evening my hubby brings home some water kefir. I had never tried it before, but it's not bad. I think I will play with the recipe. The great thing is it has the probiotics but not really the sugar and if you add fruit and let it ferment for a couple of days, you get bubbles. =)
