Weight loss finally coming again. It is hard not to focus on the scale. I know this is a new way of eating and looking at food for me. I usually focus on food and when can I eat again. Now I am focused on calories and how much weight I have to lose. I need to find a balance. I do have my daughter to keep me grounded but it is difficult sometimes to remember my goal is just to feel better about myself and physically.
