Well friends its been an overly exciting past 24 hours. I don't have air conditioning in my truck so I drive with my window down. As I was driving into town yesterday a bee got sucked in the truck and some how got into my shirt. Needless to say I got stung which is a bad thing since I am allergic. So I spent yesterday afternoon in the ER. Today I am feeling the after effects of all the meds given to me. Thank the Lord I was near a friends house when it happened, she was home and able to drive me in. Even with all that excitement I was still able to lose a pound! Have a great one and be safe!!!!
