I made it through week number ONE...Yeah!! I was not perfect, by far, never have been perfect when it comes to healthy eating and exercise. I don't want to say I'll never have perfect eating habits because I am sure there are a lot of people out there that eat perfectly healthy every day, so it is attainable. It's just a challenge for me. I am extremely happy this week that my hard work has paid off with a significant amount of weight loss for me. I can only hope the scale continues to go down every week. I know it won't though because I've been through this before. I just have to make sure that a weight gain or plateau does not get me down it the weeks to follow.
Exercise note for week #1: Monday though Wednesday...40 minutes on elliptical Thursday...1 hour Group Step Class Friday.....1 hour Group Power Class (weights) Saturday...Painting bathroom at home (in place of going to the gym)
