Well, I've counted calories for bloody ages, so I'm gonna stop now. It gave me a solid perspective that I sorely needed. I'll still weigh in from time to time, and I'm still taking the same approach to food. I'm still going to be looking at and being mindful of what's in the food I eat.

Weight has gone down a little, but not to a number I can easily see. I did get a nice digital scale, but it was trash, well over a stone out. Watch out for crap on Amazon! I have lost a couple more lbs though. 2-4, maybe? Hard to see when you're blind and tall looking down at a tiny needle and little black lines. Lol
