Had a very stressful couple of days, which (of course!) translated into over-eating for two days. *Mathematically* that’s less than 0.4 pounds. But with my propensity for gaining weight just by smelling food(!) that’ll probably be 4 pounds on the scale. So back on the program today, and then - back on the scale 🙁 tomorrow. “Little Sis, I love you - and you owe me now. Don’t get so sick again!!!”
