I'm already on Calories Count.com but decided to join here as well once I found this looking for the nutritional profile in wild salmon.
I'm juiced about being able to journal here as well. I just learned about roll out progressions and plank variations. I finally have a real, proven, new way to hit my abs that doesn't include so much crunch time and volume. I feel good about being in the gym in the winter. I'm excited about, again, writing down what I eat and keeping account thereof.
