3.3 miles walked this afternoon; 2.6 with doggies. Had to wait for the temps to warm up a bit. This weekend and early next week should be a real taste of spring for us with our highs forecasted to reach 70 degrees!
I have a real sense of not getting anything done except for dietary maintenance...shopping, preparing, cooking, eating, exercising, logging, etc. Just got back from the walk and now it's time to get lunch or a snack for myself, then a shower, and then time to start preparing the kitchen for dinner. I guess this is why so many people (me included before I started this journey) find fast food or other already-prepared meals so appealing...it saves so much time!
