When I interrupted exercising, I thought my appetite was going to calm down, even though I had read or heard that exercise actually lowers your appetite, but it somewhat goes against your intuition because, at least with me, I've had the feeling, in the past, that after exercise, my appetite would increase. Anyway, to my surprise, after having interrupted my usual exercise routine, I found myself almost constantly having a huuuge appetite! I just can't stop eating lol. I really have to start making an active effort not to eat so much because food is always in the back of my mind. It's incredible...

Despite this huge appetite, the colossal amount of food I've logged the day before yesterday was partly due to the fact that I was awake for a longer time. But I really have to start ignoring my urges, at least until I start exercising again lol. I think today I'm going to do some light indoor cycling. I am already feeling considerably better :)

Tomorrow I will (if I remember lol) resume my normal routine :)

I looked at your food diary and it was all healthy food that you'd normally eat so don't worry! Plus your body needs lots of energy to fight your infection! So give your body what it's asking for as long as it is good nutritious food!

Thank you Njashka! :) My infection is definitely on it's way out. What used to be an almost liquid blood spot on my soft palate is now reduced to two spots like 1 tenth of the size of the original :) And I'm also feeling much better! Tomorrow, if my erratic sleeping patterns allow it, I will resume the normal exercise routine or, at least, start indoor cycling heheh. I was going to start cycling today but I'm feeling too sleepy for that :P. When you put it that way, that actually makes me happy! heheh. There was a time when more than half my food was sweets lol. I hope I don't fall back into those habits in the future! :) I'm preparing for the shock tomorrow when I "jump" on the scale lol. Today my waist was not very good looking - 80 cm (1 extra cm) but I'll cross my fingers heheh.

Great you are feeling better! Even if you do have a slight increase in weight it will be down again in no time because you know what to do and are so good at sticking to your healthy foods!

I am happy to hear you are almost back to feeling like yourself. I agree if it is healthy foods you are craving your body is using it to fight off the illness.
