what are some ideas to jump start again? been in a range for awhile but life happens. I am a stress eater so hubby had knee surgery and follow up in Jan 'n february out of state. I had a seizure shortly after that (rules out stroke for now). he slipped on ice and reinjured knee in february 'n march. grown son fell out of a tree and injured his knee in april. hubby taking relative to Ohare and a fluke accident where a semi brake shoe went through windshield while traveling on I294 at end of april. I think I am ready to jump start on my weight loss journey so any tricks/advice? #1 goal is when I weigh in, I need to post something too acknowledge that I do indeed have a support system with peoples having similar obstacles with food.
