Happy Saturday and Easter long weekend. It's my daughter's 15 birthday this weekend and there will be cake.. not sure I will partake. We are also going to dinner and movies. I will eat dinner but no popcorn. I am feeling much better during the days especially when I am active, but after a night's sleep I often wake up feeling terrible pain. I force the body out of bed but it REALLY hurts. I have been so focused on my eating although weightloss is slow. I think pain meds may be interfering but I won't back off ....the loss will come again once things get back to normal. I haven't weighed for the day as yet but will record when I do. have a great day.
