Decided to change the way I think about myself. My new mantra: I am an athlete! After all I can walk for 30 minutes, ride my bike for an hour and jog for an hour. THAT in my book equals athlete. Not that changing my way of thinking about myself is going to be easy but it's time I did. I may not be the fastest or the strongest, nor do I want to be, but I am me, an athlete!
