My sister is visiting from out of town. Yay! I do not get to see her often since she lives 600 miles away. Her, her hubby, and my two kids (they are mine since she gave birth to the twins on my birthday - one boy, one girl) are here. I feared I wouldn't be able to stay on my diet but I've been successful so far. Tonight we went to a Chinese food buffet. I have to admit I completely pigged out on snow crab legs and ate at least 4 pounds of them. My protein will be high today but so worth it. I made sure to eat my veggie along with them and I used the butter they had to bring up the fat amount since I'm on atkins. I was so close to eating my favorite cookie there but I didn't. So close though. I'm glad she staying with my parents about 30 minutes away and not with me since I keep hearing atkins is too dangerous and so on. Lunch I ran to Publix and bought a chicken from the deli and microwaved green beans with Kerrygold herb and garlic butter. Yummy. Time for coffee and sugar free jello and heavy whipped cream. Also TOM so I will probably be weighing in heavy tomorrow but not because I cheated even though it was so close.
