It is so frustrating how hard I work to conquer cravings and then BAM!!! right back at you! Today's food log is ridiculous. Yes I had fun that weekend i went to Pasadena and ate all that yummy food and now I am paying for it! Okay rant over, time to refocus and pull it back in. I did it once I can do it again.
