I use house of tang peanut sauce. you can get it by the jugful on amazon if you like it.
I find stir fry is all about the sauce

All good suggestions!! It needed more flavors than just chili flakes, but I was too hungry to keep messing with it. 😉 Still a great dish and I'll definitely circle back armed with more low sodium seasonings next time 😘
