I am going to start recording my measurements which i should have done 3 weeks ago since i started weight training 3 x a week I am heading into my 4th week of weight training this is my stats on this day.
Height 5'4 or 5'5 not exactly sure. Chest 42 Waist 32 Hips 39 Thighs 22 Biceps 11 1/2 neck 13 1/2 Calves 9/ 1/2
I know my measurements changed a lot more than my weight and my body looks so different. I love weight training soo much more than cardio! I guess we all have to find what we love.
