I am feeling GREAT today!! It's FRIDAY! My meetings this morning went very well! I had a fairly simple Spinach Salad with nuts for lunch and I'm actually feeling satisfied right now! Also, today makes a full work-week that I have gotten up early to walk/run before work! Things are looking up today!!
