Today I had a definite improvement since it's both reflected in weight (my lowest in recent times) and in waist. It might be a coincidence but I did start those ab exercises yesterday :)

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.2 cm

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.2 % (lower but still within the usual)

24-day Brazen Fit Ab challenge: The 8 crunches and 8 leg raises were easy, and so was the 12 second plank. Not as easy as yesterday though, which is good :)

edit: I already ate too much for today... Sorry food! You're going to have to take your business some place else! (I only dare saying this because I'm about to go to sleep ;)

Ahahah! I'm counting on it! :D Or I'll ask for a refund! lol ;) The fat in the lower abdominals is always the last to go. That's a good sign, it means you are very close! I'm more or less like that too right now :)

Euheide has the correct URL for the plan. The only mistake I see is in the title which says day 8 - 18 when it should say 13 - 18 and 9 - 24 when it should say 19 -24. Other than that the days are correct. So tomorrow, we do 5 crunches, 5 leg raises and a 10 second plank. On Thursday it's 8 - 8 - 12, Friday 10 - 10 - 15, off Saturday, then back on Sunday with 12 - 12 - 20. And as euheide said in an earlier post by the end of this, we'll have really fantastic abs or be in massive pain. Me, I'm hoping for the abs. Perhaps we should do before and after pics just to remind us of what the pain was for. hehehehehehe.....

lol We may get both abs and the pain! I think it's worth it ;). That's not a bad idea, the pics. I think I'm gonna do that. :)
