After reviewing all the food and drink I had yesterday, I had consumed over 1600 calories, then after removing the sweets and processed food (Somoa cookies and Sun chips), I was between 1200-1300 calories and close to my macro nutrient goals. It confirms that I need to avoid those foods to obtain my goal weight.
