I've had a few bad days but I am back now. I have been eating ok but not really keeping track like I was suppose to. I gained 1 1/2 lbs and that is very depressing. I'm not going to beat myself up over it but I'll just pick up where I left off. I always get so close to the 200 mark and then I mess up. This time I am not going to give up like I have in the past. I'm only 2 1/2 lbs. away and I can do this.
