For the next week and a half I will be traveling off and on. I am getting my protein bars ready and mentally prepping myself to make good choices while I am away for work. I am sure I can do well with the food, I am just not sure what the exercise portion is going to look like since there will be lot's of sitting, driving and flying. Fortunately we decided to forgo the buffet for tonight and hit a restaurant instead. That is seriously so much better and less tempting, especially if the restaurant has the calorie count on the menu. I used to hate that but now I embrace it with helping me make better choices. So i am heading out in a little while I will let you all know how it went tomorrow evening. This trip is just an overnighter.
