I know, I know, I have no excuse. I got busy this morning and lost track of what I was doing and forgot to log my food throughout the day so everything ender up logged as breakfast even though it was what I ate all day long. The one thing that really kills me is my coffee., I absolutely can not go without it but that's the one thing that always without fail sets me over my caloric limit., does anyone have any one single item they absolutely can't live without that you just don't log??? I've been thinking of logging everything but my coffee and see how that does for me. On another 🎵🎶🎵 I have to be really serious this time so I ordered some protein powder and am adding to my fitness gear and definitely hoping to find someone that I can walk with it's just so hard to do in my neck of the woods, there's nobody else around in the valley.... but here I go again ☘️🧚♏😉

I use creamer & Splenda in my coffee, so yeah it's probably 30-40 calories total. My bigger offense is all the chocolate I eat that doesn't get logged; of course lately I haven't been logging at all. Need to fix that....

I don't log my picking or tasting when I cook/bake. Or samples like having a bite or 2 of my kids' desserts. They probably add up. But, I don't typically add in every calorie of activities burned either; like housework or driving or shopping. I figure it balances out. As for coffee, I weaned myself into drinking it black. When I started counting calories, all it took was one small French vanilla latte from McDonald's to visually see how many carbs it takes up in my daily allowance for me to cut out. I personally hate drinking my calories, so it wasn't a big deal. Life is too short to give up the things that bring us the most joy-so if you love it-fit your coffee with all the good stuff in with your diet. :)

I now drink my coffee with Stevia and 1% milk. I can't live without my coffee either and I was packing it on w/ the creamers.

Diet Mt. Dew has a few cals/serving and I never log it. I also sometimes under log alcohol. Not of I drink a hard seltzer or something with nutritional info printed on but like... right this moment I'm having a diet Mt. dew with some gin in it. 🤣 I didn't measure my inch or so of gin and will log it as a shot either way. it's probably 20-30 cals higher than that. Also sugar free jello. :/ I know that lying to the app does nothing to help me and it is always reflected in the scale but it keeps me from purging throughout the week so it's worth it.

long before I started focusing on getting healthy and my weight loss, when I was over 230lbs I was actually using up to 10 sugars and 10 spoons of powdered creamer per cup of coffee, but now, granted I still use sugar on occasion, when I do it isn't more than a spoon or 2, my coffee calories come from the flavored creamers, but when summertime hits it's game over because for me, iced coffee has to be sweet and I go through 2-3 32 oz'ers per day, slowly though I have been weaning myself away from the sugar but it's not easy when you're 47 and have been drinking coffee since you were 5

Iced coffee is one of my weaknesses, too. I love the ones from the dispensers at 7-11 - yknow, the absolute garbage ones that are 90% sugar 😂 They're just so good.

I make my iced coffees at home, 32 oz w/4-6 sugars and whichever coffee mate flavored creamer sounds good at the time..

Almond milk is just not the same as CREAMER. I will say that the CREAMERS without sugar, then add honey (real and local) are much better than the sugar disguised as creamer. Try it! And the calories are so much less! I only need 1/2 tsp of real honey. Don’t get the store bought even organic. It’s just not the same
