Excited to join the gym again this week with my son . the gym was closed for the past two months for renovation work . my son is only 10 but comes under the obese category . so we have instructed the trainer to have age appropriate exercises for him . I am taking him along with me as I get very less time to spend with him and also so that i can keep a watch on his weight. Hoping for the best . lets see what happens

Good for you for taking steps to become healthy for you and your son. Kids learn from their parents, so he can learn healthy eating and exercise habits that will help him in the future.
