Excited to join the gym again this week with my son . the gym was closed for the past two months for renovation work . my son is only 10 but comes under the obese category . so we have instructed the trainer to have age appropriate exercises for him . I am taking him along with me as I get very less time to spend with him and also so that i can keep a watch on his weight. Hoping for the best . lets see what happens
