I missed logging a complete food journal entry most of this week. I'm trying to be more diligent in that today again. I contribute logging in my food diary daily to my success so far. It keeps me accountable and honest for what food goes in my mouth. I have a rule for myself, that I'm not allowed to lie on my food journal. I'm only cheating out on myself by lying. No one else will care if I cheat or I don't lose weight this week, but I sure as hell will.
Was good yesterday in that I went straight home and did my yoga workout. I found it to be not so challenging, so I'm going to up the difficulty for the next yoga session. Today is my day "off" from working out only because I go to work and then straight to classes (college) and don't get home till 9 p.m. Then I have a light late dinner, shower, and go to bed. Tomorrow is going be a good cardio/stregnth day though. I'm planning on pushing myself.
