Good morning all, this is my first post of the day. I know I had breakfast already and my counts were through the roof. Needless to say I was getting hunger pains, so Yes I ate more. I could not help myself I knew that leftovers were in the fridge and it was very quick to grab. Now I am kinda upset with myself but then again I'm not. I was very hungry, now after reading up on Asparagus and broccoli I am scared to go to the gym for fear of passing gas and someone hear it. Sounds kinda stupid but, that's just me always worried about what someone else might think. Guess I should hurry and go before the gas sets in.
