Hi buddies!
Here's a short journal entry.
Yesterday I went back climbing after about 8 weeks, due to an injury.
It was awesome... and frustrating at the same time :)
Awesome is the sore muscles I got today. God if I love the feeling of sore muscles, it gives me proof I have been working out :D
Frustrating, cause I am heavier than 2 months ago (4 or 5 pounds?) and I am a bit out of shape... Routes I could normally climb, well, yesterday I felt all the efforts and seen so little good results.
Will I give up? NEVER!!! :) IT'S A NEW START AND IT FEELS AWESOME :)
Sport climbing is so similar to life, weight loss or whatever challenge we might face. At some point it looks like there's not much you can do, but as soon as it's possible again, don't stop fighting. Life is good! :)
