this is going to be really hard for me. I have already ate way more than the allowed net carbs an I still have supper to go. I need to get a chart to carry with me on foods to eat. I don't have the money to buy all new foods for the house so I'll just have to do the best I can until I use up what I have and buy new. I joined 3 challenges and did the first one today. Tomorrow I start a new one and Monday the 3rd one. It is a learning process for sure.
