Jomo, I saw your note. I don’t know what you’re worried about. One bad day means nothing. In the background your body making adjustments with regard to fat storage. If I were you, I’d lower the priority of weight targets because it’s going to come off anyway. Just focus on eating less and exercising more. My situation is strange. I’m at the end of the road, but my stomach measurements are coming down, without much dieting or exercise. It’s weird. Remember, you only control what you eat as what you do for exercise. Your body does the rest.
