Happy Hump Day!

Was surprised that Daylight Savings Time has been so hard on me this year. Even Pooch gets up slowly, stretches & yawns, then looks at me as if to say "Why are we getting up in the middle of the night?"

Give me another few days to adjust and I think I'll be just fine.

Ruth - Chat seems slow on FS so I think a lot of us are affected. And you are probably still catching up from all the traveling you been doing - that makes it twice as hard. Hope everything goes well in getting move help for your Mom.

Mike Mike Mike Mike! Yeh, I know what you mean... this whole season has been a new experience for me this year. I've always been one who loved winter. Couldn't wait for it. Not this year! Ugh. It has been brutal. And without that 130 lbs of padding, it's ridiculously cold. Can't wait till this is over! Keep up the GREAT WORK, BUFFY!!! You are rocking your goals!!! Absolutely amazing work!

I feel cold all the time. I've learned my lesson. I'll end my bulk before summer and lean out, then just go on maintenance for a couple of months. October I'll start a slow bulk and ride it out until April so the fat will keep me warm. Then the cut for summer. (The best laid plans of mice and men.)

Daylight Savings Time just kicked my butt this year - I don't recall that ever happening before. Sure is nice to know I'm not alone :-)

Takes me a good week, but it has been easier this year being thinner and more active. I definitely noticed a difference.
