I've been back on my diet now for 4 days. I will be going to my Water Zumba class at 8pm. I hope I am losing some but I don't know for sure as my scale's battery is dead. (I've got to go get a new battery.)

I would already be at goal if I could quit losing the same pounds over and over again. I want to be thin and healthy, but I still love food. I love to cook and I love to eat. This makes the battle hard. Especially when others ask me to cook my original recipes.
