can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? Busting my butt doing p90x. I dress in a sweat shirt and long pants and stocking cap just to sweat alittle extra. i feel stronger but you would think i could lose a few pound easily being so big. I also do concrete work in warm months. I dont see a big loss in thoes months either. I am losing momentum... almost ready to accept my weight and eat to be fat and happy.
