Hello FS friends. TGIF! VERY busy day. Still feeling energetic and strong. Could have climbed a mountain today, but I had other down to earth plans at the bank.

I had to spend some time at the bank today reviewing my investments and getting them in order for the next few years. I would like to make sure I can fund my children's higher education especially since my oldest wants to attend McGill Univ. and the cost is quite expensive. She envisions at least 5-6 years initially and then she will decide if she wants to pursue doctorate. When I did the calc. It's a lot of $$$$$. I am hoping she will receive some scholarships. It's still early in the game - she has 4 yrs to go. I have a bit more time with the little one. Anyway better to line things up now to be prepared. 4 years is a lot of time and so much could happen.

206 today. I didn't eat before my appointment at the bank and through a series of circumstances I ended up doing an accidental fast for 20 hours. I was famished when I got home and ate well. I also tried to get some water in. The amazing thing is that while I was out, I was fine. I guess I must have been using up my fat stores.
