Day 43 = 52 minutes/14.6 miles/118 watts/72 rpms

That was just terrible. I went to sleep at 2am, woke at 6:50, and was on the bike at 7:19. At the 35 minute mark, I couldn't pedal at the 100 watt rate anymore. I normally average over 125. My watch recorded over 600 calories out, so my body was definitely working, but I felt flat. My Dr's appt is at 10:30, so I wanted to make sure I got my workout in. I'll never do that again.

The dog is looking at me like I'm a loser. She wants to go out, so if I'm up, it's time. It's freezing outside. This is bulls#!t.

No I didn't do 14 miles I use the scoop lateral trainer for about an hour but I didn't see how get I went I'll check when I do it later
