Day 42 - 51 minutes/15 miles/135 watts/74 rpms

Medical Screening completed yesterday. Pre-surgical testing tomorrow. 5 days until surgery. I'm on a roll with this exercise challenge, but the procedure date is a sort of finish line now. The workouts aren't any harder to complete, but I can see future difficulties in scheduling time to do them. Let's say I was on day 100. That's a 1 hour and 49 minute workout. If I oversleep or have errands it could jeopardize my ability to fit it in. Of course I would end up going into work late to do it, wouldn't you? Watts up, distance up. I would've thought pedaling faster got you farther. C'est la vie..

P.S. I would like to ask my fellow FS member to reach out to my little sister, "Sharon R." (or Tootsie, as I call her) and encourage her to start exercising again.
