206 today. Down a pound. Ketosis has me going in the right direction once again! I have a bunch of errands planned today so I will make a quick journal. My appetite has been locked down even more than I had expected. I now do not have breakfast until about 11 am..why? Because I am not hungry. I have dinner before 7 pm and that's it for the day. Since going into ketosis I not only eat less, I eat less often witout even trying. The other thing that has revolutionized my feelings of wellbeing, my energy and, obliterated that tired soggy feeling, is adding a bit of salt (1tsp) everyday now. The difference is amazing. It's the tip I was unaware of until a long standing paleo friend heard some of my complaints and asked if I was supplementing with salt. This is important if you are consuming under 50 g of carbs daily. I didnt think it would make such a difference..... it does. Ok folks, I am going out to conquer the world now. Will catch up with everyone/ journals later today.
