I'm with you this week Buffy - I got to shift these pounds....summer is coming and last year I didn't get to wear half of my wardrobe because of weight gain....this year I want to wear everything...might have to do wardrobe changes mid day :)

Tracy - Same problem here. If I don't get 10 pounds off fast I'm going to have to spend my summer hiding in big winter sweaters. Not a fun thought in North Carolina! BTW - Keep us posted on how that Doctor's visit went.

I have learned that the reason I am overweight is because I am very lazy when it comes to myself. I bend over backwards for other people but will not do anything for myself. Grrrrr.

I am always surprised after eating poorly then eating well for a day or 2 how much better I feel and how happy the weigh-ins go. You are on the right track. Stay there. Best part is this is the first time during a weight loss period that I have gained back a little weight but KNOW that it is going to come off again soon because I am a different person because of all I've learned on this site and because of all the support we get here. COOL!
