Day 40 - 49 minutes/14.4 miles/132 watts/68 rpms

Work rate up/revolutions down. This seems to be what happens when it feels like I don't have any energy. Keeping the rpms over 85-90 forces me to drop the tension but ups the calories out. Either way I'm down 10 lbs. now, so exercise + diet is working. 6 more days until my surgery. Tomorrow is the medical clearance exam and Friday is pre-surgical/COVID testing. Getting closer...
