Day 29 - 38 minutes

I lost my metrics when I leaned on the bike controls and reset the stats to my ride. It wasn't a terribly hard ride and I still output almost 500 calories. Happy with that.

4 more hours of snow removal at work. No OT on the weekend, so I'm a man with no plans for the next two days. My watch is challenging me to close my rings for a week straight to win a badge and I have 4 in a row. Weekends are hard because I don't move around as much, so I'll have to stick a dog walk somewhere in there to get the numbers up. 18 days until back surgery.
