Yesterday's food choices will probably become not a big deal since today I feel terrible and the thought of food makes me ill. I don't know if it was eating out, because we don't normally do that or if I am coming down with something. I felt fine when I went to bed but not so much this morning and I believe I may have a fever. Gonna take that in a little while. Only time will tell here. Although many of the kiddo's in my class at school have been sick so maybe it's just that. Either way, probably not eating much today.

I had misinterpreted what you wrote. You probably cought the flu from kids at school :P. Don't eat to less when you're sick because it will power the disease. Your body needs the energy to fight it, even if you don't feel like eating. You'll be alright! If the fever gets above 102 degrees for too long of over 104 for just a moment, you have to do whatever it takes to cool your head (using cold compresses around your head, etc).

I'm eating some yogurt now and that seems to be sitting well. Here's hoping tomorrow is better. But on the up side I watched the Olympics and a bunch of chic flicks I had recorded and have been working on my rag rug. Not my plan for the day but not terrible either.
