This week has been sooo crazy and emotional. To be honest, I'm thankful I didn't end up with bigger gain. I know this means I have to work extra hard the rest of the month to make my 6 lbs goal, but I think I can do it. Today is going to be a bit tricky, because I have lunch with friends at Applebee's, followed by a birthday party for my cousin's baby that will be featuring pizza (my favorite food!) and an amazing, super yummy cake.
Here is my plan: eat a light breakfast (Fiber1 bar and a yogurt), make healthy choices at Applebee's, and limit myself to 2 slices of pizza and one small slice of cake with no icing. I think I can stay within my calorie limits if I do this.
