Seriously fell off the wagon today. Not that I ate a bunch of junk food, I just ate out for 2 meals. ughh! I only ate half at the second meal because I really was not hungry so I brought it home. Gonna have to work really hard to burn all those calories off. The other thing is I don't like how I feel right now, full, uncomfortable, yuck! Lesson learned, I think next time I will just sit and enjoy the company and not order. On the other hand I had a great time with friends (2 different sets) at both meals and enjoyed the conversation. Well I'm not going to bed hungry tonight folks! Hopefully I will feel much better tomorrow.
